Service Description

20 mins fun pilates based movement followed by 1hr child-led nature play. Focused on connecting with nature, sensory exploration & inspiring creativity. Ages 3-6 Seasonally themed. It is essential that 1 parent be present, catch up on some work or simply relax & take a moment for yourself in our tranquil environment while your kids play. Water station for hydration provided. Healthy snacks available to purchase after class. Younger siblings (ages 1-3) are welcome to join for sensory- free play, at an additional R100.
