Refund Policy

At Hearstead, we are committed to providing exceptional Pilates and wellness services to support your health and wellbeing. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Class Packages and Memberships

All class packages and memberships are non-refundable once purchased.

Packages and memberships are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase and cannot be extended beyond their expiration date.

 

Single Class Purchases

Single class fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval from Hearstead management.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a booked class, please provide at least 24 hours' ( group classes 12 hours) notice.

Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice ( group classes 12 hours) will be considered attended and no refund or credit will be issued.

Class Cancellations by Hearstead

If Hearstead cancels a class, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

​

Wellness Services (e.g.private sessions, workshops)

Refunds for wellness services are at the discretion of Hearstead management and may require advance notice of at least 48 hours.

No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the service fee.

Special Promotions

Refunds do not apply to special promotions, or discounted packages.
